Getting Set Up
When you receive your packet from your manager, which will most likely include your W-9 form, the company's policy statement and a sheet for writing down your caller's information, read through the information carefully. Fill out whatever you are required and send in the information immediately. The sooner you get this done, the sooner you will start working!

Most likely, you will only receive one copy of the sheet to log your calls. It will be up to you to make copies and keep them available. I created my own sheets on the computer instead. I used all the fields the company required, plus I added a little more information on the top of each page, such as permanently placing my name, extension number and page _____ of _____ (to ensure no faxes are lost along the way).
