Italian-style MeatloafPreheat oven to 325ºF. Place meat mixture and form in bread pan. Cover tent-style with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes, then rotate. Bake additional 30 minutes. Begin preparing pasta per instructions. While meatloaf continues to bake and pasta cooks, begin working on green beans. Place beans into microwave-safe bowl with water on bottom. Wrap beans in plastic wrap and heat on HIGH 10 minutes. When green beans are tender, "shock" them by placing them in a collendar and running ice cold water over them to stop them from cooking. Set them in another dish and set aside. After 30 minutes are up, remove foil from meatloaf. Flip meatloaf onto decorative baking dish. Top with sauce. Place back in oven and heat an additional 10 minutes, or until sauce thickens. Serve over pasta with sauce covering all and green beans on the side.
