My Meat FillingThis is perfect for meatloves and meatballs. If this is being used for anything else, do not use eggs or bread crumbs. This mixture can be frozen if the meat used was fresh.
- 1lb. ground beef
- 1lb. Italian sausage, casings removed
- 3 eggs
- 16oz. Italian style bread crumbs
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 large green bell pepper, diced
- 1tb. each of the following:
pepper salt fennell seeds parsley oregano rosemary thyme marjoram basil
