Cheesy BeefBring water to a boil with green pepper and onion. Stir in rice and seasonings into boiling water, reduce to medium heat. Allow to steam in tightly covered lid 20 minutes - don't peek! Stir rice mixture, sauce, cheese and beef into decorative bowl until cheese is melted. Serve immediately over bread or hamburger buns, sloppy joe style.

- 1lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1lb. colby, cheddar or american cheese, shredded
